I wanted to bring to your attention a slight issue we encountered upon our arrival at Boudl Hotel, which I believe is important for you to be aware of. When we arrived, we noticed that the room we had reserved did not quite match the pictures we had seen on the booking website. However, I must commend the exceptional service provided by Ahmed, the manager on duty. Ahmed's kindness and professionalism in swiftly addressing this matter made a significant difference in our overall experience. Ahmed went above and beyond to ensure that we were not only comfortable but also entirely satisfied with our accommodation. His prompt action and dedication to guest satisfaction truly left a positive impression. I would also like to acknowledge the commendable cleanliness of the hotel and the room, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff. These aspects contributed to a pleasant stay despite the initial discrepancy. Location was good for us, not in the main city, but it was easy to drive to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment we had was clean and had good standard kitchen equipment. Breakfast was good and the ingredients were fresh. Staff were attentive. Parking was good. The GM of the hotel was proactive and communition was great.
